These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winbs ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the winbs online gaming platform, including all services, games, promotions, and content made available through https://winbs.ws. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing winbs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the winbs platform.

winbs reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winbs will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account. Continued use of the winbs platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open and maintain a winbs account and to use any services offered through the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. winbs enforces these requirements without exception and reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies to all players across all regions of Bangladesh, without exception. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held pending investigation will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party. Corporate registrations are not permitted on winbs.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. winbs reserves the right to restrict access from specific regions at its sole discretion.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on winbs or on any affiliated platform. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period has not expired, you must not attempt to register a new account.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold one and only one winbs account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during registration and for keeping that information up to date.

Account Obligations

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. winbs will use this information to verify your identity and process payments.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your winbs account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your password or OTP with any other person under any circumstances.
• winbs must be notified immediately if you believe that your account credentials have been compromised. winbs accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• winbs reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

Account Closure

winbs may close or suspend a player account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable legal obligations. Players may also close their own account voluntarily by contacting winbs support. In the case of voluntary closure, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited, and any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification steps.

• Accounts showing no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. winbs will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered mobile number before applying any inactive account policy. Players with inactive accounts should contact winbs support to reactivate their account and retrieve their balance.
• winbs prohibits the transfer of funds, bonuses, or account credits between player accounts. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction by coordinating transfers with another player will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• Players must not open an account or use the platform on behalf of another person. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder. Any breach of this rule may lead to the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on winbs are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). winbs supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. winbs does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are advised to verify any applicable charges with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

winbs does not permit the withdrawal of deposited funds that have not been subject to at least one game wager. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. Players who deposit and immediately request withdrawal without placing any bets may be subject to additional verification or may have their withdrawal declined pending review.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

winbs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses offered by winbs are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a verified winbs account and have made at least one qualifying deposit. winbs reserves the right to determine whether a specific player is eligible for any given bonus offer at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in that promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically. winbs does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
• winbs reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the applicable terms at the time of crediting will continue to govern that bonus.
• Players who attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players, or betting patterns that constitute bonus abuse — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended or closed.

Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are subject to the same general bonus terms unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Free spin winnings may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.

5. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

winbs is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered winbs account holders at no charge and can be activated at any time by contacting winbs support or through account settings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winbs. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed without notice, and any funds or winnings associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or perform account actions on winbs. All game interactions must be performed manually by the registered account holder.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical glitches in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a software error will be voided and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Engaging in money laundering, financial fraud, or using winbs to process funds obtained through illegal means. winbs cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected financial crime and will freeze accounts and withhold funds where required by law.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or game information in real time during live games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game offered on winbs.
• Registering multiple accounts, using false identity information, impersonating another person, or accessing winbs using another player's account credentials without that player's explicit authorisation.

winbs reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears inconsistent with normal player behaviour. During an investigation, winbs may temporarily suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawal requests. winbs will inform the affected player of the outcome of any investigation as promptly as circumstances allow.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the winbs platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of winbs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the winbs platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, performed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of winbs.

The winbs name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of winbs. Unauthorised use of any winbs trademark, including in domain names, social media profiles, or promotional materials, is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the winbs platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if winbs has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or any other legal theory.

winbs does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Planned maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games. winbs will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practical, and will not be liable for any losses incurred due to platform downtime.

9. Amendments to These Terms

winbs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are considered material — for example, changes to deposit or withdrawal limits, bonus eligibility criteria, or player protection obligations — winbs will provide at least seven days' advance notice to registered players via their registered contact details before the amended Terms take effect.

By continuing to use winbs after the effective date of any amendment, you accept the revised Terms unconditionally.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. winbs operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection. In the event of a dispute between a player and winbs, players are encouraged to contact winbs support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. winbs will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt. winbs is committed to resolving disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.
